Waiver

As a participant in the Learn To Shuck class, I assume complete responsibility for any personal injury sustained by me that may occur during the LTS class or while I am on the premises of the program. Premises shall includes property associated with the Learn To Shuck class. Minimum age to participate is 14 Y/O.

I hereby release and hold harmless WOA, the LTS teacher, their agents, servants or employees, and all other persons associated with the program from any liability for the aforementioned personal injury or property damage.

I grant permission for any of the foregoing to use any photographs, videotapes, motion pictures, recordings, or any other record of this event for any purpose whatsoever. I have read this waiver, understand its terms, and sign below of my own free will.
Learn To Shuck tickets are a FINAL SALE - NO REFUND for cancellations.
Wellfleet Oyster Alliance reserves the right to cancel any LTS class that has not reached the ticket minimum.
